I know… back to Idaho right??? We are just hopeful that this road trip across the country happens once, so we wanted to make sure that we hit a lot of the main attractions along the way, including Yellowstone (which will be tomorrow) because of course we couldn’t skip on seeing the Grandparents. So, back up north it is…
On our way out we stopped at this bakery called Kneaders that serves unlimited French Toast amongst other tasty things. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. That’s all we got to say. Oh, and thanks to Collette for recommending this delicious delight.
On our way back North we stopped at Temple Square in Salt Lake City to show the girls the sights around the temple. This is the conference center.
The Salt Lake City temple and its grounds are so beautiful! Allie kept referring to it as the princess castle where Jesus lives. It was kind of funny.
Apparently using flags in the crosswalks is a thing here. LOL
Yup, crossing the Idaho border again.
We stopped in Pocatello to see Adam and Kylie’s home.
Goodbye kisses!
The kids sleeping habits have been WAY off. They’ve been staying up past 11pm each night, and then we’ve had them up before 7am most mornings. But… good news, is they have been taking naps during the day which takes up some much needed car-time!
We ended the day at my cousin Matt’s house in Rexburg. They have a handsome little boy Henry.
And, they also have an awesome 3-D TV.
We had a fun evening of games and delicious marion berry pie, but now it’s time to get some rest for our big day at Yellowstone tomorrow!
I just love that you're doing this! :) Hi Malia n Allie!
